Cool Rays Air Conditioning and Heating

Cool Rays installed a soft start for my ac today. Other HVAC technicians that I’ve spoken with tend to not even know what a soft start is. (It is a very cool device that allows my whole house to run on a small portable generator and prolongs the life of my ac system.) Clayton (owner of the company) came out quickly and impressed me with his knowledge and professionalism. From the initial phone call to the installation day, I have been impressed with this company. Cool Rays is my new ac company going forward. Definitely a good experience.

Just had them replace my entire central AC. Travis came out first and was great at explaining alot that was going on and made the suggestion to replace my 16 year old unit.
I could not be happier with the install. The guys who installed it were very professional and made sure everything was done correct.

Travis came out to complete the installation for mini split AC system. He did an excellent job and was very professional. The system is working great and we are pleased with how the installation looks on the outside of the house. All the cables and wires are tied up nicely, buried where appropriate, and in conduit.
