“We were first introduced to Coastline Restoration when our condo association hired them to take care of some water removal and drywall repair when a pipe burst between us and the condo upstairs. We were so impressed with their work we decided to have them do the remainder of the bathroom remodel that was required due to that pipe breaking.Sadly a much worse flood occurred a month later when our upstairs neighbor left her sink plugged and water running for several hours. I’m convinced if our insurance company would have had Coastline come in immediately the damage would have been minimized. The contractor our insurance company sent out didn’t pull up carpet or take down drywall in spite of around 80% of our place being flooded. By the time we were able to get Coastline in, a terrible mold problem had developed. They ended up having to do water and mold remediation for our entire unit. As before, we hired them to do the complete remodel. They did an excellent job both times. They use quality materials and do pristine work at a reasonable price. Mike and crew are knowledgeable, honest, easy to work with, and above all, always professional. Even months later, when there was an issue with one of the products a subcontractor had used, Coastline went above and beyond to help us get the issue resolved and make things right. Mike will always be my first call if I even suspect water damage or mold.“
