**** evaluated the mold in my condo and although the job was too small for his company, explained to me exactly what I needed to do to lower the humidity and clean the area. I so appreciated his honestly and helpfulness, as I didn't know what to do. No charge. He is honest, friendly and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this business.
I called Affordable Water and Mold Removal because I thought i had mold in my home .Daniel came in fully prepared with his camera and tools needed. He was very helpful, informative and great at explaining his process.
