Absolutely love this place. Yoga, teachers, their dedication and wisdom, sound practices and of course the way my body and mind feel after. Like that it’s a small place with a real yoga and consciousness.
Most profound yoga class I've ever attended. A perfect blend between spiritual and functional yoga. Rather than stripping yoga from its traditional roots, Sundari Yoga embraces it, leaving you with a calm mind and body while maintaining all of the physical benefits of yoga. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
Sundari Yoga Studio is the most welcoming studio. The teachers and the students are very friendly and you are immediately part of the class. You can find a variety of yoga classes to suit your practice.
