Had a great massage from Barb today. Took a lil nap while she was wrking out the kinks. Just what the Dr. Ordered. Live w/out the best Beach side massag for miles.

I've known Barbara and John for many years. They are committed to your health and helping you feel better, at any age. The yoga and massages I have received, over the years, have kept me young ( that's relative of course) and moving and full of energy. They really are there for you. Janet
