The a/c in our store died in the heat of summer just before a holiday weekend. The normal supply chain time to get the needed part was nearly a week. This would have catastrophic. Kabran folks found an alternate acceptable part elsewhere, got it installed and saved us a week of loss. Hats off to EXCEPTIONAL service by this great team!!!
Dennis was on time for a SAME DAY call for service on our inoperable AC unit. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem with a motor for the outdoor unit. It had failed due to age and salt air. We were back up and blowing cold air within about 2hrs. Thanks Dennis.
Dennis and Thomas arrived within the promised time window. They quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part and tallied the bill. They were courteous, willing to talk/make eye contact and incredibly efficient. I very refreshing service experience in the current state of things. Kudos to both of them.
