I want to express my experience with the service I received from the Dental Hygienist recently. Her name is Rosa. My initial appointment was for a general cleaning. However, Rosa took the time to converse with me regarding some build-up of plaque and tartar. She shared photos she took. Consequently, we mutually agreed I needed a deeper cleaning to extract the plaque and tartar. She was meticulous in her work. Furthermore, she provided advice and guidance as to how I could employ some techniques and efforts going forward to minimize this concern. I would highly recommend the service of this Dental office. I’ve been coming her for almost 3 years. Friendly people! Routine cleaning went well, a bit of a wait in the lobby, I think they were short handed today, made it out in an hour.
Staff was excellent. Extremely friendly both times I visited. Made me feel very comfortable, were extremely thorough and made sure I was taken care of in the long run with referrals to specialists.
Probably the best experience at the dentist I’ve ever had.
And I’m a baby when it comes to the dentist.
