“We hired Cabinets Plus & Design for a major kitchen renovation, moving walls, pulling up old tile floor and starting with a clean slate. We had a rough design of what we wanted, and Ashley worked with us using what we specified as a starting point, then offering several good suggestions to optimize the space and/or to keep costs in line. She spent lots of time with my wife and I on the painstaking choices of cabinet finishes, counter material, tile selection, and other details and always pointing out the little gotcha’s that we would have otherwise overlooked. Roger came to the house to scope out the demolition/construction, and then followed up with on-site visits as the work progressed, always making sure that work was done to our liking, crews were cleaning up at the end of the work days, etc. Stephanie was always staying in touch with us on scheduling to make sure work was progressing as it should. Every crew that came in was friendly and very professional, and all had been working with Roger for many years which says a lot about a company. “My husband and I made what we thought was a temporary move from South Florida in March 2020 to work and live in our 1960’s Cocoa Beach vacation home during the first wave of Covid. But, as our circumstances changed and retirement became a possibility, we decided to explore our options of turning our outdated vacation home into our forever home.As we lived in the area more, we noticed that a particular builder’s homes really caught our interest. That’s when we called Trade Wind Builders and spoke with John and shortly after scheduled an appoint to meet with Joan to discuss design ideas. Right away we sensed we were on the right track as Joan listened carefully to our wish list of hopes and dreams for our future home. Joan was able to quickly capture what we had discussed in a design we loved. Working with John was gratifying as well. His knowledge and integrity steered us toward the best decisions for coastal living materials and design and gave us confidence about our choices. We appreciated his patience to answer all our questions. When Covid forced increased pricing in most everything, John stuck to his word and communicated clearly which further gained our trust and respect. John’s impeccable planning and ongoing communication also served to keep our build on schedule despite Covid supply chain issues. It was truly remarkable to watch our job move forward despite all the challenges. When dealing with the Trade Wind subcontractors, they always spoke about John with the highest regard to his professionalism and the quality of work. “Just changed home insurance company and they said my roof was inadequate. We just had a new roof put on in 2017 so I called Alron and asked what I can do. I was happy to learn some of the shingles from Tamko where defected and they sent John over to inspect. I was advised they were indeed the faulty ones and was told how to file a claim with the shingle manufacture. Stephanie at the office was so helpful with the paperwork Tamko sent me. John came and went back on the roof to get a sample shingle and took pictures. I mailed the shingle out in the envelope Tamko provided and Stephanie mailed out the additional paperwork and pictures. I can't thank them enough for all their help. Now just waiting to hear from Tamko to see if it is eligible to replace the entire roof. This is a company I would highly recommend.“

“The first experience I have had with a remodel of my kitchen and East Coast will be the only company I use for any further remodels in our home. I attained 2 quotes on the kitchen and decided to go with East Coast for the following reasons:
1. Dio worked on the design and in every step he considered convenience and what was needed for a working kitchen. I was not changing the footprint but in the design he did not just replace the format of cabinets I had, he included all the newest features; spice rack next to oven, trash cans in cabinets, pull out drawers in lower cabinets and more cabinets in the island for storage.
2. I gave them a budget and they stayed in budget!
3. Timeline was given and finished on time.

Before the start date all cabinets were ordered and they would not start until all cabinets where in and inspected, so no surprises. Since we stayed in our home for the remodel they insured that all area's were sectioned off with plastic and all working area floors where covered.

Robert was my main man and he was at the jobsite every working day to check on the work . Robert called every evening letting me know who was coming, what time and what was going to be done the next day. All workers where on time, very professional and always cleaned up every evening before they left for the day. A shout out to two workers Aaron and Trent who made our lives easy during this transition, great job.

Jake was my buddy from the office that helped me select the granite countertops and backsplash, sink, faucet, hardware and lighting. Jake was also checking in with us to see how things were going and if he could help in any way with the process.

They said the remodel would take 6 weeks and it took 6 weeks.

We could not be more happy with the final product and their attention to each and every detail and would would not not sign off until everything was exactly has I wanted.
