I am so impressed by the quick response, professionalism and knowledge from CB Plumbing personnel. We had an emergency situation with sewage backing up in our bathrooms. I called them at 5:30 pm and Tyler came out that evening and spent well over an hour trying to determine the problem. The next morning, Harrison came out with camera equipment, and based on his and Tyler's findings, determined there was an issue at the sewer line tap. Turns out the sewer connections were damaged when a new utility pole was installed several months ago. Later that day, the owner of CB Plumbing (Chad) came to our house to talk with all the county people who were here working on the problem. I was so impressed by the customer service response from CB Plumbing and especially by the owner taking a personal interest in what was going on. I highly recommend CB Plumbing and am so glad we're their customer!
Our townhouse unit in Cape Canaveral had very little water pressure on the first floor and none at all on the second. David and Tyler from Cocoa Beach Plumbing came out promptly and diagnosed the problem as a water main break under the pavement and did a great job.
