Nice “Local”gym. Fully equipped…free weights, weight machines and nice variety of cardio equipment. Fitness and Spin classes as well. Overall nice club and great place to get the workout done…friendly staff.
Nice local gym, has guest passes, great rates for $40/week. Has all the machines I need for biking and elliptical, they even have some special needs machine that I used during my PT back at home, like the seated foot stepper and hand bike. There's an upstairs women's locker room I didn't visit. Super friendly front desk staff too.
A great gym! Just about everything you need. Besides free weights and machines, they have many classes and trainers available for everybody. They keep it very clean, and repair machines as needed quickly. The owner Jim strives to update the gym continually. Great personality. He listens.
