I have had billing issues with this place since I have seen going there since 2018. They do treatments without telling you if it's covered or not then boom surprising you get bill saying it's not covered and you owe $. Also the weight time is ridiculous why give an appointment when you still sit there waiting over an Hour sometimes. The staff is friendly and every nice but their main billing department is ridiculous! They are based out of fort Myers so in Clewiston they are just a small office. I'm only giving them 3 stars for the staff and environment! So just be careful with the billing part. When I called the billing department Jenny was a Zero help! I thought she was rude and all she kept saying was the front wouldn't know what's covered and what is not well my dear friend Jenny there is a thing called verification with insurance to see if it's covered or not.

The exam part went very well, the doctor who treated my girl was very professional and had a lot of patience with my 6-year-old girl. I loved that, but the man who takes your prescription to make your glasses has a very bad way of treating people. clients and especially the children, my little girl left there traumatized because just because she was coughing and had her mask on, he did not want to attend to her and I told her, go over there, don't come near me, as if my girl had the plague, what a man rude I think if he had told me differently I would understand but treating my daughter haci was not good and I gave the complaints to the receptionist and her response was...read full review

Dr. Wilson's staff remained calm and professional while a disgruntled patient, using profanity in the waiting area. The patient did not want to wait for Dr. Wilson in an examination room. July 20, 2021, at approximately 5:20pm.
