“Jacinda was absolutely AMAZING!!!I had a traumatic experience with sugar waxing 7 months ago that sent me to the Urgent Care and took me 3-4 months to heal due to the carelessness of a previous aesthetician, and I never wanted to do this again. But after 7 months, I convinced myself to try it again since shaving is so time-consuming and does not give the same results.After a 2 month search, I found Jacinda on Google Maps, and she was the only person who consistently had 5 star, authentic, and genuine reviews; so I booked the appointment. Despite me being 5 minutes late, and despite her being fully booked, she accommodated my need (last minute) to fit me in.She took her time with me, she heard my story and was truly empathic to my anxiety. She made me feel comfortable, spoke to me the whole time, and had me completely engaged with her to take my mind off of the pain all while walking me through the process every step of the way. She is soooo professional.Her office is the CUTEST thing ever (PINK). It was thoroughly just spotless, organized, sanitized, and inviting. Nice music playing and just an overall zen feel to it- with pink starburst at check-out! The process with the waxing, thecleaning me afterward, the hot towel, the light aroma of what I believe was an essential oil. From beginning to end, her service was immaculate.I am so happy I have her now to take care of this for me with minimal pain and such care. PLEASE go to her. I promise you will not regret it! I am truly happy!“

This is the best spa experiences I've ever had at a salon, they offer a complimentary non-alcoholic or alcoholic drink (my choice was a Mimosa with passion fruit) and it was so good!

The whole staff was so nice and sweet, Lily made sure I was completely happy the first time there!!! Definitely going to return!!!! I got the American Manicure and it’s perfect.

“I saw Amanda Pitts & she did AMAZING! I asked for a fresh summer blonde with long layers & curtain bangs and yalllll she delivered! I showed old pics of my hair & my inspo pics. I have THICK hair and my appointment (color, cut, style) was 3 hours. Speedy (for my thick hair!!!!), great convo, and great service. God bless Anthony Matos who was patient and gracious with my boy for his birthday haircut! Not only did he agree to the design, he even took the time to look up the character my son asked about so he could nail the design. Absolutely fantastic and would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

“So happy to have found a great nail place near by. I have tried several places around my community and this is the only one that I have gone to that does a great job on my nails. They are super friendly and very accommodating. I don’t have a specific tech that I must go to and all that I’ve had encountered are very respectful and friendly. They even come up with cute designs when I can’t make up my mind. I have never had a problem with them not using clean and sanitized tools as mentioned in other reviews. Even the back rooms for waxing are cozy and clean. Not once have my friends and I feel like we are not getting excellent service including an occasional beverage. Highly recommend!!!!“
