Michelle is fantastic! It was my first time there and she treated me as if I was a client who had been going there for years. She really puts skill and time into every step of the experience. Based on the texture of my hair, Michelle put the right products in without trying to sell them to me after - what a pleasant change!! Her knowledge of hair is outstanding. I will be back AND to also just buy hair product.
