Michael gave my mother a fabulous experience! He spent a good 15 minutes talking with her about her hair...getting to know what she liked and what she didn't. Each time he did something, he told her what he was doing. He was so patient and kind! I hung out with them while she was getting her done, and he made sure to include me in the conversations. Michael was so extremely pleasant and personable! I cannot wait to book an appointment for myself!Services: Haircut
