StretchLab

StretchLab is a business dedicated to improving flexibility, range of motion, and energy levels for people of all ages, body types, and fitness levels. StretchLab Clermont offers one-on-one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open, and communal environment. The one-on-one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long, and they offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of their Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. The innovative group stretches provide a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals, and they can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.
