We called Susan McCarthy to discuss our options to replace our roof that is a shingle roof but we wanted to change it to a metal roof. Susan gave us a quote for both a metal and a shingle roof and explained the materials in detail this was so helpful to us as we do not know a lot about construction. We decided to go with the shingle roof because our homeowner s association would not allow us to install metal. We were not sure what color would go best with our paint and stone work but Susan helped us throughout and we are very excited about our new roof. This is a contractor that cares and is so kind.
