I don't know why this business is still advertising that they are open. I have called and sent email no response. Are they open? They advertise an item I am very interested in but I cannot get them to respond.

Came across @coupon_katie's tiktok video of the owner of this salon doing an incredibly sweet deed for a heartbroken little girl & couldn't pass up the opportunity to leave a great review for someone so kind & thoughtful. ❤

I ordered two pairs of pajamas for my child choosing store pick up. She was never open during her business hours and basically told me I would need to call before I came to make sure she was open. Now she has closed her shop completely and refuses to answers phone calls, texts, and emails. I haven't received a refund or my items and it's been 35 days.
