“Troy, technician of Venom Pest Control, arrived during expected time frame on 9/12/2024. He conducted himself professionally just the same when we met on 9/5/2024 for a free estimate. He answered my additional questions patiently and performed services as I requested like removing mud daubers and bagworm cocoons under eaves. He also checked possible chinch bugs on my lawn which I suspected but didn’t bring it up during free inspection and estimate session. Troy reassured me the treatment for fire ants would also help eliminate the chinch bug problem. I mentioned to Troy someone alerted me a black snake in my shrub yard. Troy reported he was able to scare away the snake for me. What a big relief as I was going to repel the snake with ammonia. In summary, Troy not only treated inside and outside of my house thoroughly, but also went beyond to address my concerns which was not included in our first meeting on 9/5/2024.
