The staff, here at the Clermont location, is super friendly, compassionate and extremely helpful. I am so glad that I chose this place for my dermatology needs. They also make you feel like family 🥰

I’ve been going to Mid Florida Dermatology & Plastic Surgery for years, and they’ve always taken great care of me. As a lifeguard, I deal with a lot of skin irritation from the sun and chlorine, and no matter what rash or issue I come in with, they always diagnose it quickly and help me recover fast.

The staff is awesome, especially Shannon at the front desk. She is always warm, welcoming, and willing to go above and beyond. Today she even printed out a detailed document for me with my insurance info at no charge.

Even after moving to another area, I still drive to the Clermont location because the care is that good. Highly recommend!

Been going for 3 yrs now. Always a good experience. Shannon is quick to check in and take CoPay, always correctly. She also tracks Referal Authorized Visits. Staff is always pleasent to talk to. Elizabeth has been excellent. I Started with Annual checks and got older. She helped me through too many health changes. She listens to my concerns and addresses them, takeing time to explain whats happening and how to manage it.
