I started out with Kalos 7 years ago when I was shopping for a new AC unit. They were very knowledgeable, kind, and patient with ALL my questions. Many emails back and forth. One thing that stood out to me... they knew I was comparing & shopping them with other companies, so they asked who I was considering. I told them. Their response was that the other company had great people working there also, and no matter who I chose, I would be in good hands. I was super impressed by the gentleman's kind words towards his competitors and decided to move forward with Kalos. Awesome experience the team replace the upstairs unit and was very professional and clean. Explained everything well and made sure I was comfortable. I would use Kalos Services again and recommend to family, friends, and neighbors. : )

I’ve owned my home for 20 years and have had issues with the ac the entire time. I even had the whole unit replaced and still had to have technicians come out and do fixes that proved to be temporary. I’ve spent well over $10,000 in replacement and repairs until I had Kalos recommended to me. They arrived on time if not early and spent 3 visits to identify several problems. We cut holes in the wall (with my permission) to find the root of the problems that no one in the past was willing to put the effort in.
