Ilene was able to take my friend as a walk-in. She was super sweet to my friend and I asked her if she could braid her hair since I didn't know how. Ilene braided her hair and let me come over to teach me how. Really appreciated her time! She did a great job!

My stylist was wonderful and the price can't be beat. My only complaint is that the online appointment tool continues to say no one is available. It was super convenient when it was functioning. It's a small gripe, but hopefully it will be up and running soon.

I called this morning to see if they could get me in today. Yup, 12:30! Great, because I really needed a haircut. I walked in and was asked “do you have a mask? We’re requiring masks for everyone.” Crap, I thought. I didn’t know anyone was still requiring masks. Even Disney no longer is. Plus, I’m vaccinated.
