I’ve had a CS account for years and very pleased. A friend of mine was having a bad experience with another brokerage so I suggested they try CS. So I brought them in today and was greeted by Marina Borden. She helped us open both a IRA & Brokerage account and even generated all the required paperwork to initiate the IRA rollover. Marina was very informative, answering all our questions. Provided exceptional customer service and was very kind and patient with us. She is a true professional and asset.
