I have been going to Central Florida Dental and seeing Dr. Iris Ortiz for the last five years. The level of service has been excellent. There hasn't been any upselling for work that is not needed. The work that has been done was great and has not required follow up visits for adjustments, etc.
New client. I arrived on time, did my paperwork, and was called in on time. The hygienist was great. The doctor advised me for a filling, did it, and I was on my way. Great service!
This dentist office is good for general dental procedures with Dr.Ortiz (male) but not for cleanings. The female dentist that examined my teeth was very rude and tried to upsell me a deep cleaning which seems to be the case here with dentists in Florida. I came in for a regular cleaning and was denied the treatment. I should be able to choose my treatment. Total waste of my time and will not return.
