The whole experience was good at care spot. The front desk was quick and friendly. The dr and staff did a great job. My kids really felt comfortable with our nurse Kiarra. Highly recommend if you are in Clermont and are in need of urgent care.

I scheduled appt last night, arrived this morning. I did not wait long, soon the PA Shelby was in the room doing a basic check and listening to my symptoms. She arranged for the allergy steroid shot I needed and I was on my way. I was quite pleased with the whole experience.

Easy to make an appointment on line. Strongly suggest. ALL personnel were very courteous, pleasant. Dr / NP took the time and made a thorough evaluation. Answered any and all questions I had. Understood what she was saying, explained what I needed and why. Prescriptions were called in. Will be making this my “go to” when needed. I will recommend others too.
