I’ve been going to Liz for Reiki for a few years now. She protects the space, allowing me to feel safe and at ease during each session. Afterwards, she sets time to debrief any blockages sensed. She’s always on point and offers advice to assist. Whether I leave feeling tired or blissful, I always feel more aligned. I’ve respected the process so much that I’ve been certified in Reiki 1 with Liz! She’s very knowledgeable in this work. I’m grateful for her and her practice.
I had a facial done and it was the best I have had ? Liz was so sweet and her presence felt very calm. Her technique made my skin felt so good and relieved from all the tension. I love that the skincare she uses is of high quality and so good for the skin (completely non-toxic). Her holistic approach made the experience even better and my skin was glowing at the end!
