Great customer service! The process of from greeting in, the eye process, and the finalization of making your eye glass orders was pleasant. Employee staff was really helpful and if you had any questions or curious about something they were informational about the topic. Best thing was that they didn't make you feel rushed in any way. We were attended by Rebecca who took care of us right after the exam, but she was really sweet and discusses really well on what bests suit you and honest opinions. Really great staff and place. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. The receptionist greeted me warmly and checked me in immediately, with only a brief 3-5 minute wait. The assistant politely guided me through the initial eye test, including retinal imaging. She was both sweet and efficient, making the process smooth and comfortable.
I felt completely at ease when I met with Dr. Grace Lee, O.D. I mentioned that I enjoy learning and being informed about my eye health, and she took the time to educate me thoroughly. America's Best took me right in, to fix my glasses, which had a screw come loose. Andrea worked on it for awhile but it took quite some effort to get the screw out, since I put it in upside down. Goes to show you, let a professional take care of it.
