My primary doctor and staff are always smiling and always listen and have good bedside manor. The lab staff is wonderful especially Michelle. Always happy and friendly. X-ray staff are great and work with you even when in pain. Front receptionists are always friendly and very helpful. Never had a problem since switching to Advent health. Been going since they opened.it’s quick and convenient and never a problem with getting appts.
I had a CT with Kathy and her IV was perfect with one stick, CT was fast and efficient and she absolutely handled the whole process so smoothly and kindly that I barely noticed it had started before we were already finished. It's a shame I can't give more than just 5 stars
I had an X-ray done at Advent Health in Clermont, Florida last week. Like their CT and lab testing the X-ray tech provided exceptional customer service. The tech was very polite, caring, and professional. I feel Advent Health is the only place to go to have any medical testing done, I highly recommend them. Thank you for your care and service.
