Very incompetent we were extremely over charged so much so capital one decline another of their charges after already receiving 1583.73 plus 150.00 plus 375.00 for a job originally quoted at 1400.00 then they charged my card an additional 1183.75 which was the payment capital declined thank goodness!! They had all kinds of excuses for their major mess up. One lady in accounting said “My God!” Which she thought I didn’t hear then she proceeded to belittle me I told her to stop!! We never saw that the supposed new piece installed actually come out of a box. Our old motor was taken without permission Don’t trust this company. I will never use them again. Unexperienced people. Just coming to play around with AC and ended up charging money for doing nothing or else ask you to buy a whole new AC system. Screwed up my AC outer unit and didn't put electric board back with screws. Guy kept sitting in company truck to show his company that he is working for hours but actually he waisted his time, my time and money.
Commercial cooling is time sensitive & these guys capitalize on the fact charging outrageous prices. To clean the compressor & change a "faulty motor" they started at $1050. After refusing the service they resorted to "how much do you want it for?". It ended at $750 and yet this is OUTRAGEOUS for a $100 motor and 2 hours service. AVOID IF YOU CAN!!! VERY VERY SHADY INDEED
