He mentioned a 4 week lead time but I asked if it was possible to fit me in sooner because I have 2 small dogs. I was told "Absolutely and they would put a rush on it". I paid the deposit and then never did hear from anyone as to when the job was scheduled. I did have to contact them to find out and remind them about putting a rush on it.
