OMG! WCWRRR is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with for ANYTHING! From my first call when Susan actually answered the phone to Dalton's visit 2 days later to evaluate my squirrel in the attic, to Matt starting the Exclusion work on my soffit screens and Derek and Ryan finishing it up. Dalton even explained to me how to set my trap to try to catch the squirrel, but it was to no avail, the squirrel refused it. But when Ryan and Derek finished up, they inspected the chimney, sealed my chimney chute, and went back into the attic for one final checkout. I own rental properties in the area and I've used this company 3 different times and they did a great job every time. 1) Got rid of rodents and sanitized the attic for tenants. Also "rodent-proofed" the property to prevent re-entry. Happy tenants. Rodents are gone and have not returned after about 2 years so far. 2) Had some kind of wild animals in the backyard of a duplex. They "rodent-proofed" the building for me. They also dug around two sheds on the property and set up wire, etc. to prevent racoons from nesting under the sheds. After living in old houses for two decades, inevitably there are times when you get an unwanted intrusion in attics, crawlspaces, and the like. I've dealt with a number of companies over the years and no one comes close to these guys in terms of professionalism, thoroughness, and having a great team with friendly and considerate people. They made everything incredibly easy and simple, scheduling was a snap, and they cleaned up after themselves. I will not hesitate to use them again if needed and will encourage everyone to make them the first choice. Great job.
