My Mom has been a resident for over a year. She is being well taken care of. My sister and I do go often to see her, take her out to eat etc. The staff is very attentive to all the residents there. Her nurses always address her needs or concerns and ours. She has two CNAs , Rhonda and Patricia who take care of her like she is part of their families. We are grateful for their care and feel that she is in good hands.
Westchester Gardens is an exceptional facility. Earl and Barbara from the 500 Hall are outstanding! They are both very compassionate and caring. They excel in their professions. We are so lucky to have them as part of our family member's team!
My partner has been there for a month with a broken ankle. We love the nurses-Kardi, Glency and Alex- and appreciate their level of care they give him. The CNAs-Juana, Lucilla, Stacy, to name a few- are also very dedicated and caring. We had several other choices of rehab centers but we are very glad we chose Westchester. Their PT and OT people have helped Lee to progress at a good pace and encourage him to do as much as he can. We are very happy with his progress.
