Although there was some sort of major mistake made with my bill, I'm writing the review for the sole purpose of giving kudos to Andrew, the employee who helped me tremendously to sort out the issue and fix it. He was friendly, cared, investigated the issue thoroughly, and remedied the problem for me. I do appreciate high quality customer service, and this particular employee definitely deserves to be recognized in some way.
Really appreciate the driver and the rider/guy in the back. They are very friendly. And one of the back guys will regularly give the empty cans an extra push so they’re off of the street and not as likely to fall into the street before we can get them all the way to the house. Really appreciate the thoughtfulness.
