I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling. The owner above would not call a plumber because everything was totally dry in her bathroom. I called Pisano plumbing and his employee (Billy) was very courteous and helpful knowing I was upset that my neighbor was uncooperative and the ceiling was about to fall in my bathroom. He was so good with my neighbor explaining that her toilet had a cracked seal and was able to get the job done quickly. He was very patient and professional.
