“My experience with this location of AFC Urgent Care WAS THE BEST! I came down to Largo for a visit and became ill, the ladies at the front desk were so caring and helped me with paperwork since I was so sick. Then I was called to the back. My nurse/assistant, her name is Quay, she went Above and Beyond for me. I had numerous problems, not just one particular so she helped me by talking to her Manager to see what I could e seen for since my insurance would only take one Illness. She helped me with compassion and empathy and really listened to me, I was placed in a room for the Dr. Then Dr. Laura came in and sat me down to go over everything that I am going through. Her bedside manners were so comforting. I was so glad when I googled urgent care in Largo, I chose that facility. I rate the a serious 10 if I could. You are treated as a Human and they Listen! “I was the first patient in the door and waited over 1/2+ hour to be taken in for x-rays. Once that happened, it was a wait for the evaluation of the x-rays somewhere else. Then everything moved quickly with the doctor who was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful - it just seemed like 2 hours of being the first patient was excessive.“
