Doug & Team really care about their clients. They worked with my mom, a senior, on a limited income. She felt secure and not taken advantage of. Doug gave encouraging words to help ease her mind.
After a cracked pipe, we were put in contact with United Water Restoration Group for remediation due to water damage. I am so glad that we were connected with Luis! Luis was friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, and made you feel like family. We never felt pressured or taken advantage of. Luis was upfront about costs, procedures, and timelines. Although no one ever wants to be in the position to deal with water damage, Luis helps make the ordeal less scary. I will/would recommend Luis to anyone in need of restoration!
Thanks so much to Luis for responding so quickly to my water emergency! Having been through flood damage from last year’s hurricane, I knew that quick remediation of the damage is crucial. So happy I was referred to this company, very knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely want to help. Please, don’t hesitate to call if you find yourself with a water damage emergency!
Addendum: still overall happy with quick response, and I should have known going through a more significant flood repair last year, but forgot that after they remove equipment it It up to you To find a contractor or other provider to fix ceiling or drywall, etc. That was my mistake... read full review
