Called in the middle of the night for a dental emergency, couldn't speak with a person and was routed to a voicemail saying they would return my call. However the voicemail was full and I was unable to leave a message. Not helpful at all.

I knocked a bridge out in December. I called and was told what time to come in to avoid the wait. I went in at that time and waited for about 45 minutes until I was seen. The place was also dirty. There were water damage and cracks. I also saw bugs on the floor and on the tray that housed dental tools. The dentist was rude and not nice. They took my insurance and I paid whatever they asked me to. Now, 6 months later, I received a bill, which I wouldn’t care about, except it had a statement date of 5/28 and a due date of 6/12.
