We’ve had Troy come out for numerous issues. Today was for our washer. I contacted him this morning, and not 2 hours later he was here. He is extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable, and super honest. I can’t thank him enough! We highly recommend Troy for all of your appliance repair needs. We will continue to utilize his services!
Called TBAM and he immediately told me what was the issue with my fridge! Seemed weird that he knew what it was without coming over but a friend recommended him so I trusted the process. Within 4 hours he ordered the new part. He was supposed to come here yesterday early afternoon but he warned me that he was running late (so great communication), he then gave me the option to have him come over yesterday evening or this morning (so great customer service). He came, he was friendly with my curious kid asking “what is this”, “what is that”, fixed my fridge/freezer and even gave me suggestions on how to keep washer and dishwasher lasting longer! Troy was GREAT! He responded to my message very quickly and when I gave him a run down of my problem, he checked my production date and showed me that because I was within 5 years, LG would pay for this repair and parts. Other companies would have come out to my house and likely charged a fee before figuring that out. Very honest, will be using for all future appliance repair issues. Thanks so much!
