Rhonda is an incredibly experienced and knowledgeable trainer. She treats every client individually according to their needs. She is patient, observing and extremely generous and giving of her time and knowledge. Highly recommend her!
I have trained with Rhonda for 2 1/2 years. In working with her 2x a week I have seen results that have far exceeded what I ever expected in the beginning.
