All of us, at one time or another, have to take risks. We have to make choices and we're never completely sure that we're making the right choice. Some of us do more or less due diligence. We research. We investigate. Ask questions. Search the Interwebs! Still, no matter how clever we are and how much time we devote to ensuring we make the right and best choice, things don't always pan out. This is all to say that I did do a reasonable amount of checking on Premis Realty before engaging them to manage a residential property. But you never know. Well, guess what? Now I do know. I just want to let future renters and landlords know that this property management is wonderful. We rented for 7 years, and only moved cause owner is selling. They always fixed everything in a timely matter. When it was time to move, I got my deposit back no problem. Thank you for everything.
