The staff is very helpful, answers questions on pool problems, offers extra services like weekly chlorination and cleaning of pool. The store is stocked with many items for pool care.
Great friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Nathan is a rock star, he saved me a great deal of money and suggested an option that was less advantageous to the store and more advantageous to me. True customer service!!!
I've used this location since '94 and have always had a nice experience.....except for the last, and final time.Over the years, I have bought motors, filters and everything else one might need for a pool.Last time I went in to refill my chlorine, I was not able to find the free coupon I had been given for buying a certain amount of chlorines, so they made me pay for all the chlorine I bought, knowing full well I should have had one for free. Besides seeing me there every few weeks buying it, the records of purchases are all in their computer but apparently, the fact that I was lacking the actual coupon one time was enough not to give me what I should have gotten.I... read full review
