REVISION TO THE REVIEW BELOW: Deborah the manager has contacted me and since then 11/18/2024 communication has been on going and they will make sure to clean up the situation and do an on going check and perform services diligently until the issue is resolved. The communication from the manager has been excellent and I believe they will make true on their promises. Will update as this process continues.

What started as a nightmare of a rental with a German Roach infestation, Nextgen Pest Solutions was there to get the job done. As promised the infestation was eliminated and we could move into our home.
Shannon and Robert have done a great job with the continued care of the home, eliminating the seasonal pests as they change and take our concerns into real consideration. They are responsive, reactive, and are very accommodating to our schedules. The only pests are dead ones, and they are very far and between. Our home is old and woody and has grand oaks over it so you can imagine the opportunities that used to exist. Well done!

Nextgen Pest Solutions is absolutely the best. They schedule quickly and I must admit that the staff is very good. Our technician, Robert, is outstanding. We always request him. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Highly recommended!
