I was worried about using them but when I heard they had a new owner I thought I would give them a try. I am glad I did. Hung around and watched the prep work since some of the reviews mentioned issues with that but was pleased to see how they did a proper job of it and made sure all my personal stuff was well covered and protected. Once they were finished it looked like I had a new tub and at a way better price than having to replace it. Their work was great and much better than some of the past reviews indicate. They were very responsive, coming out the same day I contacted them and their prices were good. I will definitely use them again. I have had Charles do drywall and paint for me in the past and I was always happy with the job he did on that job but this was the first time I have had him do refinishing work for me and it was a great job too. I highly recommend you use this company for your refinishing work.

My tub was done 6 months ago and is peeling and the owner mike will not call my wife or I back to make things right. Nothing was dropped in the tub or anything. The tub was cleaned with the correct products that he recommend.

I called New Again Tub and Tile and they showed up within 24 hours and started the job , 2 batrooms. ZACH did very good job and completed in 48 hours. They did come down on price and i want to thank them for helping out. I was aware of negative reviews and was told they were from previous employees and that they will do everything to prove their trust in their work. I took them for their word and did not regret. Everyone deserves second chance. They did not ask for deposit until job was completed and i was happy with the work.
