I almost don't want to ruin this little secret here..but the hours I use this place you likely won't... So I'll spill the beans: 1. Clean 2. Tons of Cardio 3. Good amount of machines 4. Adequate free weights (although the free weight area is small, w/only 3-4 benches/seats), DB's up to 120, :D 5. Parking (and a covered garage too) 6. Decent hours 7 days a week 7. Very competitive pricing, and 2 other facilities you can use (depending on your level of membership) 8. Optional classes (spin, aerobic, etc) for the ladies or men I suppose :) 9. Massage and personal training available 10. Towels, clean locker room w/showers, water fountains, drink machine... ..only down sides I can come up with are: 1. B-Y-O-E .. ;) Bring Your Own Energy, if you feed off the "vibe" of a gym.. 80% of this gym is over 60, and there is no vibe other than that of pacemakers ;) *No offense to anyone, and frankly it's great they're doing their thing at their own levels of fitness. 2. There is no "vibe"... I think I just mentioned this.. just bring your walkman aka mp3 player... and do your thing, as the right stuff is here, and it's clean, and 90% of the time this place is not crowded... If you enjoy seeing the opposite sex walk by, maybe exchange a few glances.. Nope, not here... This is not NYSC, LA FITNESS, etc.. this is a hospital affiliated, physical therapy, rehabbish' gym.. but with lots of good stuff in it for a serious lifter.. DB's, Squat rack, Machines, Smith stuff, Hammer Stuff, Nautilus, etc, etc...

THE BEST GYM I HAD EVER BEEN TO! I have two kids so a good 'child care' is a must while I am working out. Center provides a very secure child care. Ladies that work here are very nice and truly take a wonderful care of babies and kids. My little ones love going there :-) The center has so many machines that I have never seen at Lifestyle Family Fitness, Golds Gym or LA Fitness. The best part, all the equipment is super clean, well, so is facility itself! Truly wow!!!! Also, lots of TVs and magazines to keep you busy while you break a sweat. And, the cool thing - towel service too :-)
