Our remodeled kitchen has been in place for about a month now and we love it just as much as the day it was completed. From the first day we began working with the designer, Troy, Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast helped us come up with a new kitchen design that improved not only the overall appearance, which is now fantastic, but solved the goals we had of increased storage, improved work flow, and a desire to make our kitchen a place where we wanted to entertain guests. Once the new cabinets arrived, the project team including project manager, Mike, construction lead, Shad, and other employees and subcontractors completed the installation in an efficient and professional manner. We never had the feeling of anyone who worked on the project that they were someone we didn’t want in our home. In particular, we would like to thank Shad who was highly skilled as well as personable, a great combination for someone who completed much of the work. While construction is not a life as usual event, we also felt comfortable in our home going about our lives while they were there. Good communication was a given throughout the project. We were always kept well informed, now only of what was planned for that day, but of the entire project plan. Whenever we had a question or concern, Mike addressed it immediately and to our satisfaction. In the instance that there was an issue while Mike was on holiday, the owner, William, stepped right in and worked with us to resolve the issue quickly. Overall, we have nothing but good things to say about Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast and their entire team. We highly recommend them and would never hesitate to contact them again for any future project.
Our project was absolutely perfect! On time and on budget. We have a kitchen right out of a magazine! All of their subk's and our project manager Mike were professional and truly cared about the end product. We would recommend them to anyone!
Kitchen Solvers was open about taking on our challenge, our desire for a semi- turnkey project, and working with our creative ideas. Our project consisted of a 1,350 sq/ft condo with interior, angled wall configuration, on the 10th floor. We acquired our condo, which was originally a disaster, with only sporadic floor tile, a few steel wall studs, and some hanging electrical wires. They we aways open to our ideas and shared their experience and input. This project consisted of working with the condo association, obtaining permits, completing the demo of the unit, working with our architect, installation of the HVAC ductwork, the framing, the drywall (walls and ceiling), the electrical system, the rectified porcelain flooring, the crown/baseboard trim, the plumbing, a steel exterior door, the fire protection system, (2) bathrooms, a laundry room, living room, dining area, and a complete kitchen. The new kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room consisted of a unique stained blue/green/natural, oak facade, on the cabinets and panel mounted appliances, Quartzite back splashes and up to 2-1/4” thick counters. Since our primary residence is 1,300 miles away, Kitchen Solvers continually volunteered to assist us with unexpected projects with non-related service contractors regarding our project, supplying and changing-out existing maintenance items that had a limited service life, and making special trips to our condo to help with delivering/covering new furniture. This project was a success due to the help and cooperation of William, Shane, the Kitchen Solver Team, and their group of sub-contractors that they utilize.
