Karen is AWESOME and works miracles. Her approach is to relieve pain, but also teach you how to exercise and stretch the muscles which have caused the pain. She takes a wholistic approach to improving your overall physical condition and strength. I have recommended Kinesis to several friends and I am personally looking forward to the exercise classes that they are starting.

My entire body was locked up and in pain due to lack of movement (gyms closed because of COVID-19) and sitting at a computer all day. My low back, neck and shoulders hurt so badly that I was in pain all the time. I am so glad that I found Karen because in a very short time, with her physical therapy, my muscles started to open up and the pain is completely gone. I am able to move again without pain and I can feel my posture beginning to improve. I am sitting up straighter, walking smoother, and even breathing deeper. I am so glad I found Karen. She is definitely one of THE BEST. I highly recommend her.

Ki Hara has given me new strength and energy without causing stress in my body. I love the way I feel after class!! It has also helped improve my flexibility, and posture.
