Karen is AWESOME and works miracles. Her approach is to relieve pain, but also teach you how to exercise and stretch the muscles which have caused the pain. She takes a wholistic approach to improving your overall physical condition and strength. I have recommended Kinesis to several friends and I am personally looking forward to the exercise classes that they are starting.

My entire body was locked up and in pain due to lack of movement (gyms closed because of COVID-19) and sitting at a computer all day. My low back, neck and shoulders hurt so badly that I was in pain all the time. I am so glad that I found Karen because in a very short time, with her physical therapy, my muscles started to open up and the pain is completely gone. I am able to move again without pain and I can feel my posture beginning to improve. I am sitting up straighter, walking smoother, and even breathing deeper. I am so glad I found Karen. She is definitely one of THE BEST. I highly recommend her.

Karen helped me with my back pain and in just two visits it has completely gone away. She is an expert in her field and cares about you overall wellness. Karen gave me a set of exercises to do to help with the back pain and was in touch via phone and text if anything else popped up. Highly recommend to anyone that wants to feel better and pain free!
