Paid to have flooring installed and no one showed. Called and the person who called back said they will be there the next day. 930 the installers showed up. They did a beautiful job. My only concern was the lack of communication with scheduling. If that gets better then they can get 5 stars.

Two weeks ago I had my condo floors installed with Luxury vinyl the did a great job, the sales person Tom the owner Bill and the installations went the extra mile to satisfy my needs. I would highly recommend them the price was right and the services was great.Thank you Valise.

I was very pleased with the staff very friendly also Jo showed me lots of samples that would go with my decor.She was very knowledgeable of her products.,and the price was reasonable. The installers did awesome job Diego and Carlos.I would highly recommed JB factory. I loved my floor I was a happy customer
