John answered the phone on Tuesday. Performed the full home inspection, four-point and wind mitigation inspections on Wednesday we received the reports Wednesday evening and he answered the phone again on Thursday to go over details of the report. Extremely happy we cannot ask for anything more than that.
We recently purchased a home in Florida, and we needed an inspector to complete this during the due diligence period. I contacted John Pollitt at Home Choice Home Inspection for this.He arrived on time and was professional and friendly throughout the process. He was also very thorough. After he completed the inspection, he let me know that the report would come soon. He got the report to me in a timely manner. In the report, he listed all of his observations, along with pictures and a video.I would definitely hire him again in the future. His combined expertise, professionalism, and friendliness provided a winning combination.
