I took my laptop to this place only to have them tell me I need to order a new piece to correct the issues I was having. I ordered exactly what they told me to only for them to call me and say that the part wasn't correct and that there was nothing they could do except order another part. Then I purchased the Groupon which the deal stated that you get 120 dollars worth of work for 59 dollars. So I owed them for the dianostic work they did which was 60 dollars. But when I went to give them the Groupon they said that it couldn't be used on dianostic work but no where on that coupon deal did it say that. I used On-Site Computer Repair to replace the cracked glass on my iPad Air. Considering the temperamental nature of Apple products, my repair had become a potentially ugly service incident but was completely turned around by one of On-site Computer Sales & Service's owners, Mark DuFresne. Realizing that a colleague had made a small repair worse by his insensitivity to customer satisfaction, Mark quickly took control of the situation and instantly put any doubts or fears that I wouldn't be 100% happy to rest. I have a friend in NPR that has a medical condition and can no longer drive. They had ongoing PC problems, so I drove them here to get things fixed. My friend first took his machine to the Best Buy at the mall North of here and after $100+ later, they were not able to fix it. On-site repaired the PC in a timely manner and the charge was very reasonable. Also, I did not catch his name, but the clerk on staff here that first day really should get a raise and a medal! There was an irate and irrational customer ahead of us that was cussing up a storm and acting like a giant jerk. The clerk dealt with them calmly, coolly, and professionally.
