Amazing experience! I was so worried about my dog's foot, it was swollen and looked like he had dried blood in between his toes and a open wound on the side. I couldn't figure out what happened, after going to another after care facility and having a not so pleasant experience, I called Furry Friends Vet and they got me in right away and met me at the door with a hug. I immediately felt relief. Ozzy, my fur baby loved the staff and I came out with more knowledge about allergies and that fire ants most likely got him, and the cost was so affordable. I just cannot thank them enough! My Ozzy is already seeing improvement! Thank you again Dr. Maedel and her staff!
Words cannot begin to describe how unbelievably grateful and happy I am with this clinic. The communication has been wonderful; they are so patient, kind, and tolerant. They have taken such good care of me and my boy Luka, and the facility is clean, and the staff dotes over my boy like their own. I've never met an entire crew who all seems to love their job and actively does everything they can to help their clients. Thanks to them, I'll have a little more time with my boy, and that is worth everything.
What a wonderful practice! We recently had the unfortunate experience of our elderly dog becoming ill while being here on vacation. We are a very long way from home and therefore far away from our own veterinarian who we know and trust. We settled on this office due to good on-line reviews. Every single person we encountered was helpful, sympathetic and kind. Our dog was diagnosed with an incurable condition and was deteriorating quickly. With the help of Dr. Volkers and numerous staff members, we were able to let our boy go. This was unforeseen and unexpected, so we were just shocked and heartbroken.
